As Phase I of this project, the goal was to rethink the front yard, begin sowing seedlings and watch the growth as the other phases began. The front lawn once composed of grass and asphalt has been removed and replaced with decomposed granite and a tiered gabion system; creating a water conscious and environmentally friendly hard and soft-scape.
